Confirming Entries
Dogs will need to be confirmed between 11am and 1pm EACH day. Bring your UKC easy entry card or UKC papers and dogs confirmation number to confirm.

Need to purchace an entry after the pre-entry deadline
Entries can be purchased each day between 11am and 1pm. Late entries will be $75 per night. Bring your UKC easy entry card or UKC papers.

Dog Barn Information
BARN SPACES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. All money must be received by December 30, 2023. No spots will be held without payment. Send check or money order to Randy Riser - make payable to Grand American CHA. Contact Randy Riser, 122 Riser Road, Waterloo SC 29384 (864) 677-3368 After 5 p.m.
Bench Show Information
One Show Each Day Bench Show will be in the Bates Building. Overall Show Winner receives a Dog Box donated by Bad Habit, and a custom embroidered jacket from Dan’s Hunting Gear. Dual Champion Show Winner from each day will compete for a light. Overall Male and Female from each show will advance to compete for Overall Show Winner. Pairs show both days. Bench Show Deadline: Friday & Saturday 10 a.m. each day. Entries will be taken in the Bates Building 8 - 10 a.m. each day. Entry Fee: $30 day of event. $25 advanced entry. Advanced entry deadline December 10th. Send to: Danielle Champ, 1609 Mountain Home Road, Ivydale WV 25113 10 a.m. free Kiddy Bench Show for children under 12 years old. Show Contact Danielle Champ (304) 651-9028. UKC Licensed Youth Bench Show Saturday, January 6, 2024. Deadline: 10 a.m. Entry Fee: $20 Entries will be taken from 8 - 10 a.m. Will be held after the Saturday Bench Show.
Opening Ceremonies will be Friday, January 5, 2023 beginning at 10 a.m. in the Bates Building.

Camping Information
Camper Hookups please mail a $50 deposit and information to Orangeburg County Fairgrounds PO Box 726, Orangeburg SC 29116-0726 Call (803) 534-0358 or (803)347-6153 for more information.
All dogs on grounds must have proof of rabies vaccination.

Fairgrounds and barns will be open:
Gates open at 7am Friday and Saturday. Barns open at 8am and close at 6pm.
​
Parking $5 a day per vehicle.

Dogs for sale on grounds:
Dogs on ground for sale, $30 per 15 x 30 space ABSOLUTELY NO BULLDOGS OF ANY AGE, BREED, OR TYPE ALLOWED ON GROUNDS! Grand American reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any dog or person from grounds.

NITE HUNT ENTRY Rules
1. UKC and Grand American reserve the right to assign observers to any cast.
2. All guides must be residents of South Carolina and members of a participating club.
3. Any cast that becomes separated must return to the Fairgrounds or be scratched.

UKC, Grand American, and Host Clubs are not responsible for loss, accidents or theft. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages, or unprescribed drugs will be allowed on the grounds or while participating in the hunt or in the buildings the day of a UKC licensed event.
